Cancellation Policy
To book an appointment the client must have a payment method on file. To Cancel or Reschedule an appointment, the client must contact Tam Tam's Healing Hands Massage at least 24 hours ahead of time in order to receive a full refund, excepting emergencies. If the client fails to contact Tam Tam's Healing Hands Massage at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, and there was no emergency, then the client will be charged 50% of the cost of the service at the time of the scheduled appointment as a late cancellation fee, 50% of which can be applied to a future appointment when the client re-books. Massage Therapists have the right to refuse service for any reason. There is absolutely ZERO tolerance of any sexual behavior, comments or innuendo's by clients; any and all deviant behavior will be reported.
